1. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in the same condition that you received it. Items returned after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
- The watch must be unworn, unsized, and in pristine condition.
- All original protective plastics/films, tags, and seals must be intact.
- The item must be in its original packaging.

5. REFUND PROCESS

5 – 7 business days for the bank to post the refund.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your watch arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at
support@springstsales.com.
7. DUTIES AND TAXES
Please be advised that any original shipping charges, as well as **customs duties and taxes** paid at the time of purchase or upon delivery, are non-refundable. Only the actual purchase price of the timepiece will be credited back to your original payment method upon a successful return.
