A: Order fulfillment takes 1-3 business days (Monday – Saturday). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Please note that we do not process orders on Sundays.

Q: Do you provide tracking information?

A: Yes! Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

2. Returns & Refunds

A: We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.
