Thank you for choosing Springstsales for your timepiece needs. We are dedicated to providing a reliable and transparent shipping service to ensure your new watch arrives safely and on time. Below you will find the detailed terms of our shipping operations.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Currently, we exclusively offer shipping services within the United States. This focus allows us to maintain strict quality control and efficient delivery times for our customers. We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.
2. SHIPPING COST & TAXES
To ensure a secure and tracked delivery for our watches, we apply a flat-rate shipping fee to all orders:
- Standard Shipping (Flat Rate): $6.99 USD for all orders.
- Sales Tax: All applicable taxes are included in the final price shown at checkout. We maintain a strict “no hidden fees” policy.
3. PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES
Our fulfillment team and shipping partners operate from Monday to Saturday to process and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible.

*Total estimated delivery time typically ranges from 6 to 13 business days. Please note that orders placed after the 5:00 PM cut-off on Saturday will begin processing on the following Monday.
4. TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification. Monitoring your shipment ensures you are available to receive the package upon delivery.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY & CHANGES
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, please contact us at support@springstsales.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot redirect or cancel a shipment once it has entered the handling phase or has been picked up by the carrier.
6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Springstsales is committed to your satisfaction. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
