Cancellation & Order Changes
At Springstsales, we process orders as quickly as possible to ensure your timepiece reaches you within our promised timeframe. Because our fulfillment system is automated, there is a limited window of time to cancel or modify an order.
1. CANCELLATION TIME WINDOW
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, our warehouse has likely begun the handling process (packing and labeling), and we may not be able to stop the shipment.
To request a cancellation, please email support@springstsales.com immediately with the subject line: “URGENT: CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]”.
2. ORDER MODIFICATIONS
If you need to change a specific item in your order (e.g., choosing a different watch model or color), please notify us within the same 12-hour window. If the new item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or send an invoice for the additional amount before shipping.
3. ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize there is a typo or an error in your address:
- Contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
- Once an order has been assigned a tracking number or has left our facility, we cannot change the delivery destination.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
4. IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED
If your order has already been dispatched and is in transit, we cannot cancel or modify it. In this case, please wait for the item to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy. Please do not “Refuse Delivery” as this can lead to the package being lost in the carrier’s system and may delay your refund.
5. REFUND PROCESS FOR CANCELLATIONS
Upon a successful cancellation within the allowed timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card). Please allow 5 – 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
