To be effective, the counter-notice must be a written communication that includes substantially the following: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that has been removed; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (for the address in Watertown, MA).

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on this Site are the registered and unregistered marks of Springstsales and our partners. Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission.
